GR8 Move is opgericht vanuit één duidelijke overtuiging: het kan beter in de technische arbeidsmarkt. Beter voor bedrijven die willen doorgroeien, maar niet altijd de juiste mensen kunnen vinden. Beter voor vakmensen die naar Nederland komen om hier goed werk te leveren. En beter voor projecten waar de planning strak staat en de druk oploopt. Daarom kijken we verder dan de match tussen kandidaat en opdrachtgever. Wij regelen de juiste mensen, maar ook alles wat nodig is om goed te kunnen starten. Want technische bedrijven hebben weinig aan mooie praatjes. Die hebben vakmensen nodig die komen opdagen, meedraaien en blijven staan.

Specialisatie in techniek
We richten ons op technische vakmensen voor projecten in onder andere nieuwbouw, industrie, productie en maritiem. Daardoor weten we wat er op locatie nodig is.
Goede huisvesting als basis
Vakmensen die goed wonen, starten sterker en blijven langer betrokken. Daarom investeren we bewust in kwalitatieve huisvesting in de regio Rotterdam.
Alles rondom inzet geregeld
Van werving en planning tot vervoer, gereedschap, administratie en begeleiding. Wij zorgen dat de praktische kant klopt, zodat opdrachtgevers zich kunnen richten op het project.
Samenwerken voor de lange termijn
We gaan niet voor één snelle plaatsing, maar voor inzet die werkt. Minder wisselingen, duidelijke afspraken en korte lijnen met opdrachtgevers én vakmensen.
